Mily & Main processes and ships orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Mily & Main is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be refunded or replaced. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.

Mily & Main is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if issues arise after delivery.

At this time, we ship within the United States only, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
