At Mily & Main, all items are carefully curated resale pieces. Due to the nature of resale inventory and limited quantities, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as fit, sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Item condition, measurements, and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, and customers are encouraged to review listings carefully prior to purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or significantly not as described, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. Your message must include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Mily & Main is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
