What is Mily & Main?
Mily & Main is a curated resale shop offering casual and urban apparel from a variety of brands. We focus on quality pieces, streetwear staples, and unique finds.

Are your items new or used?
Most of our items are pre-owned resale pieces unless otherwise stated. Each item is carefully inspected and condition details are included in the product listing.

Are all sales final?
Yes. Due to the nature of resale inventory, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. Please review measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How do I know what size to order?
Sizing can vary by brand and item. We recommend reviewing the measurements listed on each product page and comparing them to a similar item you already own. You can also visit our Sizing Guide for measurement instructions.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and location and are estimates only. Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only, unless otherwise stated.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Mily & Main offers free and paid membership options that may include discounts, early access to inventory, and exclusive perks. Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change.

Can I cancel my membership?
Paid memberships can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Because we sell resale inventory, most items are one of one and cannot be restocked. We recommend joining our email list or membership to be notified when new inventory drops.

Do you sell on other platforms?
Yes. Some inventory may also be available on third-party resale platforms. Purchases made on those platforms are subject to their individual policies.
